Refund Policy

At Whisker Forge, we take pride in providing high-quality grooming services and a great customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied or need to cancel your appointment, our refund policy is outlined below: Appointment Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be given. Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the haircut or grooming service received, please notify us within 3 days. We will offer a free correction or, in some cases, a partial refund depending on the issue. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
